Sevilla sporting director Monchi has revealed that Chelsea’s proposals for Jules Kunde last summer were not close to what they wanted.

Chelsea made an offer for Sevilla defender Jules Kunde last summer for a fee of 43 million pounds. But the Sevilla Claim offers up to 60 million pounds.
